Important Question: Thanks for this important question. Healthy sleep depends upon good air circulation in order to provided comfort and to maintain adequate oxygen levels. To ensure good air circulation, open windows at night when possible. Central air conditioning can be helpful. Make sure filters are clean and temp is comfortable. Simple fans can be used to help circulate the air. Practice good sleep hygiene.
