A member asked:

At 21 weeks is it ok to sleep on your back? i heard that as the baby grows and you continue to sleep this way, it could cut off circulation. t/false?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It's OK: Putting baby to sleep on belly was recommended according to an old research which showed chance of baby choking on their saliva. It has been proved in many studies now that its not true. Babies who sleep on their back do just as well as babies who sleep on their bellies.
