Hard to speculate: A female genital system has the vagina & pee hole rather close to the poop exit where hundreds of thousands of E.coli & other potential UTI germs live. Wiping the wrong way, itching at yourself, holding your pee too long, etc. are all contributing factors. Every time you squat to pee you can wash some of your vaginal germs onto your pee hole as the pee moves around the structures.
