Mgt: These symptoms may be related to a viral illness. Continue to breast feed and to keep your baby well hydrated. I would suggest seeing your PCP to asses whether she is dehydrated, has lost weight or needs stool testing.

Dehydration signs: if she has no tears, pee in 12 hours(put a cotton ball by he urethral opening if you can't see through the diarrhea), tacky mouth(not moist inside), pine green vomit(not fluorescent yellow green), or bloody diarrhea. If it has gone on for more than two weeks see your doctor. If she has projectile vomiting with every feeding she needs to go to the doctor. I hope she is well soon.

Dehydration: Less than 5 wet diapers in 24 hours in a baby is suggestive of dehydration, which babies do not tolerate well. If oral rehydration with an electrolyte solution does not increase urination frequency shortly, emergent evaluation by you physician or an emergency facility is in order.
