Thinning hair: First step is to make sure there is not a medical cause or vitamin deficiency for your thinning hair. Next I would recommend the use of minoxidil twice a day. You could also add propecia (finasteride) if not contraindicated. Minoxidil must be used twice a day and if you stop the hair growth reverses.
