Fever: If the fever has been persistent the entire time that she's been on antibiotics then she really must be re-evaluated by her doctor. If the fever initially went away but now she has a new fever it could be a new illness not effected by the antibiotics (viral) - either case, given her young age, I highly recommend another visit to the pediatrician's office ASAP.
