Post a photo: Many things can look as described. Both chicken pox (unlikely) and scabies are intensely itchy. Scabies does not form visible blisters but tracks with bumps spread out at relatively even intervals. Other viral illnesses can cause rashes similar to what you describe as can contact reactions.

On my arm theirs a flat surface with bumps, some bumps look like flat bumps, its started off as a blister type bump then it flattened with bumps around it. Its on both arms and on one hand! It doesnt itch though unless I put something on it?
