6+ Aleve (naproxen): What are you trying to treat? I hope you have not taken 6+ or more of Aleve (naproxen) at one time. At the least, this can affect your GI system (nausea, vomiting,) blood in urine & stool, internal bleeding, low blood pressure, etc. 6+ can cause some patients to overdose so do NOT take this many in one setting. Do not exceed 1250mg total spread out over 24 hours. Watch for these side effects if you took 6+
