Sometimes: "ovarian cysts" can sometimes mean pcos - which includes not ovulating normally. Other types of ovarian cysts have very different effects - many do not impact pregnancy at all. At age 48, your chance of pregnancy is very low on your own: you should see an infertility specialist to see about any options you may have.
