The rhytm method: is actually ineffective: sperm is carried in the male pre-ejaculation fluid and it only takes 1 sperm cell to have someone calling you "Mommy"- try using condoms, spermicidal foam, gel, sponge or vaginal eggs- do a home pregnancy test and discuss definitive BC with your GYN.
