You? No. Him? Maybe: Difficult to diagnose swollen penis w/o examination & more details. Trauma? Injury? Pain? Discharge from tip? Painful urination? New toys - perhaps latex allergy? Perhaps just marathon session. If he didn't complain, then don't worry. However, I am concerned about your unprotected sex (unless you're trying to conceive baby). If not TTC, then are your ready for baby? What if you do get pregnant?
