Is neurontin (gabapentin) useful for joint pain or just nerve pain? is it safe to take if you have crest syndrome?

Stabbing, burning, pins & needles, tingling, electric, numbness, etc. type symptoms usually respond to Neurontin (gabapentin). It's safe to take with CREST Syndrome. Rare for Neurontin (gabapentin) to exacerbate CREST symptoms.
