I've been born with a broken blood vessel in my tongue(it looks like a black ball in it.) could you please tell me what it exactly is?

Doubt your label: A broken blood vessel would scar and heal over time. An enlarged venous malformation might be possible.What would be more likely would be a collection of jumbled blood vessels called a hemangioma. All of these possibilities are evident to a trained observer on physical exam. Whether or not some procedure might be possible to remove it could be determined at that time.
