Insurance: Try calling your insurance provider to see where you can have the testing done. They should be able to tell you where you are in network.

Check your insurer: Most insurers have a list within their system of which providers or clinics are part of their benefit package. Updated lists are usually available on line. Once the provider is listed, your other issue is finding out what testing is covered by your insurance. Again, your insurer is the place you get these details. Know your insurance. If you have uncovered visits or tests run,you will pay the cost
