Can i drink alcohol after 1 week of stye surgery? And do i still have to apply warm compress?

Yes: There is no risk to alcohol consumption one week after stye surgery. By one week you should not need warm compresses any more. If the healing is not well along the way by this time, then have the ophthalmologist who did the surgery re-check things.
