Likely...: Even though your urine is not hurting or burning this could be related to a urinary tract infection if we think of the most likely and common diagnosis in similar cases. If your stool is hard you might be fighting constipation which may present at times this way and a risk factor for UTIs. See your doctor for evaluation and final diagnosis.
