Many possibilities: There are many possible causes and you won't sort it out by online investigation or self testing. Return to your doctor for reevaluation for bacterial vaginosis, trichomonas, yeast, and other causes. Absence of odor is atypical for trich or BV, but could happen; be sure you are tested for both. For trich, ask for the newer DNA test, much better than older methods like exam of fluid by microscope.
