How long do you have to wait after an otoplasty before you can wear earrings on your earlobes again?

2 weeks: I would estimate 2 weeks, when you place the earrings, try not to lift the pinna of the ear to avoid tugging on the repaired cartilage. Also, ask your facial plastic surgeon about his/her opinion.

1-2 weeks is usually enough. If otoplasty is combined with an earlobe reduction, you may need to wait 4-6 weeks.
