Address diet: Make sure you are eating at least 25 grams of fiber per day and drinking plenty of water. Make sure you are exercising. Bloating can be caused by numerous things eating too many food that are difficult to digest e.g. uncooked beans, or bacterial overgrowth etc.If the bloating does not improves go to a doctor for a workup.

Various causes: "Feeling bloated" is a very common symptom for a women, particularly if she is overweight.
