Go to Dr.: Nonhealing painful blisters in the genital area including area between the buttocks; are usually caused by Herpes Simplex Virus. Go to a Doctor for examination of the area, culture, blood tests to rule out other conditions and treatment for the condition. With the right treatment the lesions should heal soon.
