What's that stuff?: Fluzec (miconazole) is an antifungal and is inappropriate as a treatment for acne. I don't know what Cymino is. Your sister needs to get with a competent physician who knows how to manage acne. Until she can make an appointment, topical benzoyl peroxide and/or retinoic acid is her best choice; her physician may add spironolactone, a systemic antibiotic, or any of several other Rx's.
