Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.

GYN exam: Please get a pelvic exam from your GYN or PCP. Your symptoms are NOT usual. If sexually active and unprotected- get a pregnacy test. If you are engaging in aggressive or rough sex- this is also a possibility; however an internal examination is needed no matter what.
