Must see Yr OB Doc: It is likely that you have bladder infection(Cystitis). This may require treatment with antibiotics. So call your doctor for help, tests and treatment. If you do not have a doctor, go to the Emergency room(ER)

Go to the hospital..: There are a lot of aches and pains that come with being pregnant. What you are experiencing sounds excessive. You should go to the hospital's Ob unit and get checked out to make sure you don't have a bladder infection or contractions. Most hospital Ob units have a triage area just for this purpose so you don't have to go to the ER. Best wishes!

Vagina "head" pain: Congratulations, on your 2nd pregnancy that now reminds you of how the 1st pregnancy went. In other words, the baby's head is a lot lower down in the pelvis in 2nd pregnancies and puts pressure on the rectum, vagina and bladder. It will soon be relieved in 2 to 4 weeks at delivery.
