Not clear: I am not sure what do you mean by pelvis squamous cell carcinoma but there are several places in the pelvic area where this disease may originate from including the penis , anal canal or bladder. It may also originate from the cervix in women. I have also seen squamous cell carcinoma that metastasized to pelvic side walls without finding a definitive site of origin. Hope this helps.
