My son 20 months old , start vomiting since afternoon,he doesn't want to eat or drink,he is hot,what shall i do and is there any thing can i give him ?

Vomiting, hot: It sounds like you are describing a tummy infection. You can use Tylenol (acetaminophen) suppositories to treat his fever, the dose based on his weight.
