Possible: usually any bleeding even spotting can be considered a period. And yours could be considered an irregular period. It is possible you could be pregnant. But if spotting is happening during time of your period could just be your period. However, if are truly concerned just take a pregnancy test. It's usually pretty inexpensive and extremely accurate. That will solve your concerns in 30 seconds

You could be...: Obviously, the first step is to get a home pregnancy test. If it's positive, then you need to see an ob/gyn specialist ASAP. If it's negative, then you still need an ob/gyn, since you still need a diagnosis. Also, you should know the home tests aren't always accurate this early, so a negative test isn't always really negative. Positive tests usually are accurate, though.
