A member asked:

Baby boy (8 months) is on reflux medication since 4 months, but recently the reflux seems worse. what can be the cause?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Reflux med dose: Reflux medication doses are calculated on baby's weight. During the first several months after birth, weight gain is dramatic and they can quickly outgrow the dose if it is not adjusted periodically (usually every 1-2) months.
