If it is there 15yrs: most likely may not be a tumor , may be it is an hydrocele a benign condition a fluid sac around testes . Still has to be seen by a physician to make sure is not a tumor. Now it is between you two , how you will convince him to see a doctor. It is up to you to with hold all the services you are providing for 15 yrs.
