Greetings, i am 22 years old, my testicles are very very small (slightly bigger than sultana "food"), should i be concerned about it and visit my gp?

I am not sure what: sultana food is but you are right about the need to see your GP. He / She will be quite capable of assessing your secondary sexual development to ascertain if you attained sexual maturity appropriate for your age and sex.
