Implanon: Irregularly irregular periods are very common with the Implanon and Nexplanon contraceptives. The streaky brown discharge may be old blood that is just part of this irregular bleeding. Many things including colon cramping could have caused the pain 2 nights ago. If you aren't having any more pain, I don't believe you need to be concerned. See your doctor if more pain occurs.
