Need evaluation: A white discharge with an odor and no other symptoms is highly suggestive of bacterial vaginosis, the most common vaginal infection. Since it has been associated with pregnancy complications such as premature rupture of membranes and premature labor, you need to tell your OB about this so you can be tested and, if you have it, treated. Hope this helps. Best wishes to you and the baby.
