Not known to: There is fairly good evidence that isoflavones can improve bone density and prevent bone loss in menopausal and perimenopausal women. There is no evidence it has an effect on men and no reason to expect it would. It is not known to effect "bone growth" in men or women. A 22 year old man will have closed growth plates on your bones so it is impossible for your bones to grow any more.
