Ovaries too?: Hormone (estrogen) replacement is highly effective for menopausal hot flushes, in the US this requires a prescription, I do not know if in the UK it can be obtained without a doctor. Natural/ non-prescription treatments are a bit hit or miss for effectiveness. Can you clarify though: Removing fallopian tubes will not give hot flashes, your ovaries were removed too? Good wishes.
