Get EKG: although could be musculoskeletal (rib injury, shoulder refered pain, neck problem). you need to rule out cardiac issues even without previous personal or family history...suggest get an EKG as soon as possible. If EKG normal, your previous gyne history may be pertinent especially the endometriosis! This could certainly cause rib and or shoulder pain depending on intra abdominal location of die
