Ovulation: if your period started on March 23, yesterday was day 18 of your cycle. You don't mention your usual cycle length. Depending on how long your cycle is, spotting could be ovulation or implantation. If your period is late or abnormal, do a pregnancy test and repeat it in 3-5 days if it is negative.
