Control & attention : The most important detail is that she stays dry at school, so there is not likely a medical problem, and she has the ability to control her bladder at will. It's likely a power play or a cry for attention, or both. Give lots of positive, non-disciplinary attention. Set an alarm and take her to the toilet every 30 minutes. This should get old for her soon. Space out time as reward for staying dry.
