Sciatica: Many times a pinched nerve in your back will cause back and subsequent leg pain. Other options for lower right back pain is an ovarian cyst or appendicitis but I would think you would be more ill by now with a fever and abdominal issues with that one. If ibuprofen is not helpful see your doctor.
