I had epstin bar last year around this time and i know it never goes away. today, i slept all day and still tired. could it be active again?

However, it rarely causes any further problem, except rarely in people who get certain cancers, organ transplants, or otherwise need potent immune suppressiing drugs. Your tiredness probably has nothing to do with your past mono. But see your doctor if it continues.
