Nothing for now: H. Pylori is a bacteria that lives in the stomach and is usually transmitted by fecal-oral contact when one is an infant. It can cause ulcers and rarely cancer and a type of lymphoma in the stomach. However, this is rare and occurs after having the infection for decades. I would recommend treatment but not during pregnancy.
