Should be alright: Yes, you should be able to safely take these together. However, elavil (amitriptyline) is often used to help treat headaches, and minocycline tends to cause headaches. Good luck!

YES,: There are no known published interactions or additive effects of minocycline and elavil (amitriptyline). Be aware tho that, taking minocycline on an empty stomach can sometimes cause digestive upset.
