Conceive?: What is your question? Are you trying to conceive? Keep a BBT diary and get a home ovulation kit- quite accurate- you will be mist fertile about 2 weeks after the start of your last menstrual cycle. OK to use Advil or Aleve (naproxen) for cramping: if having unprotected intercourse, do a home pregnancy test.
