Went back to the doctor he said my neck glands are swollen andn i keep swollowing because it's pressing against saliva glands.what can i do to ease it?

Lymphadenopathy: Usually swollen lymph nodes happen in reaction to a cold. If they persist and do not shrink over time after the cold is gone then you need to see your doctor for a possible biopsy.
