Try NSAID at bedtime: The bottom of your feet hurting in the mornings could be due to begin on your feet too much, and/or footwear that don't provide good support. There are also a number of medical conditions that can cause this problem, including peripheral neuropathy and/or plantar fasciitis. Taking a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) such as ibuprofen at bedtime may be helpful.

Plantar fasciitis: If your pain is primarily when you wake up and gets better after walking - it is likely plantar fasciitis. Generally switching to a good pair of running shoes or getting some night time plantar fasciitis splints will tremendously.
