Lexapro/Elavil: The mixture at this low dose should be safe. I recommend taking Lexapro (escitalopram) in morning & Elavil at nite, unless your doctor specified otherwise.

It can produce dry mouth, urinary retention and cardiac arrhythmia. Always consult with your doctor when combining with SSRI (Lexapro, Celexa, Prozac, Zoloft, (sertraline) Paxil) because side effects may increase when taking them together.
