Several: Longterm and even medium termu use of antiinflammatory medications can have multiple side effects including: kidney, liver, cardiac, bone marrow and gastic side effects. I would not recommend use of this longer than 10 days. If you develop any gastritis type symptoms or swelling in the hands and feet then i would stop.
