Change soaps first: First of all, use Dove. Caress or Ivory soap only in that area. Secondly, do not use douches, feminine deodorant sprays, etc. Thirdly, make sure your underwear has been thoroughly rinsed of any soap if washing them in a washing machine. Finally, if the itching is still there, see a GYN MD to check for a vaginal infection.
