Do not ignore.: First, I think it would be important to know how far along you are in your pregnancy. If you are confirmed to be intrauterine, then that at least rules out ectopic pregnancy. Second, pregnancy can also change presentation of other diseases, like appendicitis. If your pain is worsening, don't wait - see your friendly ER doc to rule that out.
