Probably not: Of course, tears themselves cause blurry vision, but I believe you're referring to a residual status after the crying has ceased. A number of reasonable, benign explanations exist. If there is no associated headache, progression of severity, or development of other symptoms--red flags--you should have nothing to worry about. If this experience worsens, talk to your doc! And please don't cry! :)
