Tough Call: This is a challenging question because a photo of what you are describing would provide a lot of insight into the cause of your problem. You should see a dermatologist to check this out. This could be many things including, Tinea pedis (fungal infection), Dishydrotic Eczema, Lentigenes, Psoriasis and many other things. Get it checked out. Good luck.
