Explain more: If by " vagina" you mean inside vagina I have to say that actually the mucosal membranes inside the vagina does not have sensitivity like you have on your skin. But if you mean the vulva which is the outer part between the labias then using some lubricants or gels for the sexual activity nay cause temporary numbness.
